Entrepreneurial identity formation through musical identity formation

Entrepreneurship mostly occurs in business studies after general education. This study considers how the informant, Anna, first identified herself as a young music hobbyist, then musician and teacher, finally an entrepreneur music. The main question driving this narrative is, ‘How might identity formation processes teacher influence music?’ Anna is example of individual who possesses non-business resources that support entrepreneurial earlier life. underlines importance ongoing for individual’s displays initiative, original ideas creativity when dealing with opportunities during entire educational path. Although case specific to Finland, findings could be applied internationally people discovering their selves becoming entrepreneurs early possible alongside hobbies professions.
